ID30 practical experience on DPI implementation (deck shared with Fayda)
October 2026 update: the deck is now Version 1.2, restyled to the ID30 graphic charter and fully copy edited.
In January 2025 we shared this deck with Fayda, Ethiopia’s national ID team, to present our practical experience of implementing Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) with GovStack principles. It was first prepared to give a practitioner’s view of GovStack to the World Bank Digital Development team.
The deck covers how GovStack supports digital transformation, case studies from Uruguay, Kenya, Togo and Papua New Guinea, the building block approach, and a citizen-portal-centric methodology to scale public services.
We are particularly proud of the combination of a citizen portal, a digital wallet and digital ID that now delivers one-stop, fully online public services in Papua New Guinea.
We share it widely to support governments and future partners in their own DPI journey.
