ID30 and KVAConsult selected for Samoa’s national digital ID

ID30 and our partner KVAConsult have been selected to support Samoa’s National Digital Identification System, funded by the World Bank, from a competitive field of 20 bidders.

The deciding factor was not a single strength. It was the combination:

• International experience on digital identity and DPI.
• A partner rooted in the local ecosystem.
• A shared track record on World Bank programmes.

Selection panels do not reward the loudest bid. They reward the team most likely to still be delivering, and trusted, in ten years. That is the bar we built for.

The inception mission is done. The real work starts now.
